Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and Sendle.

Regional & remote areas: 5–8 business days
Free shipping is available on all Australian orders over $98 AUD.
For orders under $98, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 business days after dispatch, please contact us at info@anchialo.com with your order number, and we’ll help track it for you.
International Shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Japan, China, and Taiwan.
Estimated delivery times:

United States & Canada: 12–18 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
